How Sunnis follow their own interpretations which Allah swt says is a perversity and deviance. Let’s see what Allah swt says 

3:7  He is the One who sent down to you the Book, from which there are firm revelations; they are the essence of the Book; and others which are similar(Mutashābihātun). As for those who have a disease in their hearts, they will follow what is similar from it seeking to confuse, and seeking to derive an interpretation. But none know its interpretation except God, and those who are well founded in knowledge; they say: "We believe in it, ALL is from our Lord." And none will remember except those who possess intelligence.

So let’s look at the word mutashabiya- which the Sunnis mistranslate allegorical/unspecific.

Shiin-Ba-ha

to be like, to resemble/assimilate/liken/imitate, to compare one thing with another due to an attribute connecting them or is common to them: can be real or ideal

real: "this dollar is like this dollar" ideal: "John is like the lion/ass (i.e. strength/stupidity)", appear like another thing, ambiguous/dubious/obscure, comparison/similitude/parable/simile, co similar, resemble (in quality or attributes), conformable.

With reference to the Quran is that of which the meaning is not be learned from its words and this is of two sorts: one is that of which the meaning is known by referring to what is termed "muhkam" and the other is that of which the knowledge of its real meaning is not attainable in any way or it means what is not understood without repeated consideration. (e.g. 3:7)

Now let’s see the proof/evidence from Quran on what the word actually means which is similar/like. 

2:25 And give good news to those who believe and do good works that they will have estates with rivers flowing beneath them. Every time they receive a provision of its fruit, they say: "This is what we have been provisioned before," and they are given its LIKENESS(mutashābihan). And there they will have pure mates, and in it they will abide.

6:99 And He is the One who sent down water from the heaven, and We brought out with it plants of every kind. We brought out from it the green, from which We bring out multiple seeds; and what is from the palm trees, from its sheaths hanging low and near; and gardens of grapes and olives and pomegranates, SIMILAR(Mushtabihāan) and not SIMILAR(Mutashābihin) Look at its fruit when it blossoms and its ripeness. In this are signs for a people who believe.

6:141 And He is the One Who initiated gardens; both trellised and untrellised; and palm trees, and plants, all with different taste; and olives and pomegranates, similar and not SIMILAR(Mutashābihin). Eat from its fruit when it blossoms and give its due on the day of harvest; and do not waste. He does not like the wasteful.

39:23 God has sent down the best HADITH, a Book that is SIMILAR  ( Mutashābihāan)and oft repeated. The skins of those who are concerned towards their Lord shiver from it, then their skins and their hearts soften up to the remembrance of God. Such is the guidance of God; HE GUIDES WITH IT 

whoever He wills. And for whoever God misguides, then none can guide him.

Note how Allah swt tells us the best Hadith the Quran is the only book he guides with. So now if you read 3:7 you will realise that it is you sunnis that seek to derive an interpretation. Like obey the messenger means obey bukhari and co via their narrations. You have twisted the meaning without looking at the whole Quran and all its verses on the subject. So now with the above in mind let’s re-read

So none knows it’s interpretation except Allah, which means that only through his Quran can it be explained. He provides the meanings and only the sincere can grasp it (56:79). And the ones well founded in knowledge believe in ALL OF IT. Like when Allah swt says his book is the following but you don’t believe him 

Quran is Fully Detailed 6:114, 11:1, 41:3, 17:12, 16:89, 12:111, 6:126, 7:52, 17:89, 18:54

Quran is The Best Explanation (Tafsir) 25:33

Quran is The Best and Most truthful Hadith of Allah 39:23, 4:87

Quran is Easy to Understand 19:97, 44:58, 54:17/22/32/40

Quran is Complete 6:115

Quran is Without Contradictions 4:82

Quran is Without Any Doubt 2:2

Or what the messengers duty was 

5:92, 5:99, 13:40, 14:52, 24:54, 16:35, 16:82, 29:18, 36:17, 42:48, 64:12.

Or that explanations come ONLY FROM ALLAH SWT 

2:242. GOD thus explains His ayatihi so you may (taʿqilūna) use your intellect..

THUS do We 

“nufaṣṣilu/explain” the VERSES

and perhaps they will return (7:174)

THUS do We “*nufaṣṣilu /detail” 

THE VERSES and the way of the criminals 

will become evident

(6:55)

We “faṣṣalnā /detailed” THE AYATS 

for a KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE

(6:97)

We “faṣṣalnā/detailed” THE VERSES 

for UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE (6:98)

He “faṣṣala/explained” in detail 

to you what He has forbidden you...

(6:119)

We “faṣṣalnā/detailed” THE VERSES 

for A REMINDED PEOPLE

(6:126)

So Sunnis remember Allah swt gives the best Hadith/statement 39:23 which is the only book he says he guides with, the best tafsir 25:33, and he makes it clear 75:18/19 and the following just kills your argument. The prophet is told exactly what to use to make clear with 

16:44 With the CLEAR PROOFS (bil-bayināti)

and the ZABOOR. And We sent down to you the Remembrance (dhik'ra) that you may MAKE CLEAR (litubayyina) to the mankind, what has been sent down to them and that they may reflect.

So wake up dear brothers and sisters. Satan has had you duped into thinking the Hadith books are part of Islam. Allah swt said all of the above and  was then uttered by the prophets own mouth. So why would they contradict themselves 

45:6 These are the revelations  that we recite to you in truth. So in which HADITH AFTER Allah and his revelations do they believe in?
