Misinterpretation 3:31, 3:32, 4:59

🔴Does following prophet Muhammad mean following Bukhari?

Say: "If you do love God, then follow me. God will then love you
and forgive your sins. God is Forgiver, Merciful."
3:31

The above Quranic words instruct us to follow the messenger. From this verse, the hadith advocates claim that we cannot follow prophet Muhammad unless we follow his hadith and sunna. Is this the correct conclusion to be derived from 3:31? The following is the analysis of this matter in the light of the Quran.
....It will be explained later.syedraf.

🔴Obey God and obey the messenger

Undoubtedly, the command to "obey God and the messenger", which appears in a number of Quranic verses such as 3:32, is one of the most important Quranic commands! The hadith scholars use this Quranic command to advocate the legality of following the hadith as a source of religious jurisdiction. They claim that obeying God is achieved by means of obeying the Quran, whilst obeying the messenger is achieved by means of obeying his hadith (personal sayings) and his sunnah (methods).
They add that if obeying the messenger was the same as obeying God's Quran, God would have only said "obey God". Thus, to their understanding, God's inclusion of "obey the messenger" implies that the messenger had his own set of religious teachings independent of the Quran which we must obey.
God willing, this claim is verified here in the light of the Holy Quran.

🔴The misinterpretation of 4:59

O you believe, obey God and obey the messenger and those in charge among you.
4:59

This glorious verse has been subject to deliberate manipulation by the Muslim Imams and scholars in many Muslim countries. They used the words "those in charge among you" in order to claim that the religious figures have a right, according to the Quran, to have authority over people and that they should be obeyed without question.

When we analyse this verse we find that the first part of the verse is straightforward. It speaks of the Quranic command, which is repeated in other verses, to obey God and obey the messenger. It has been shown that obeying God and obeying the messenger are one and the same thing since the messenger's sole duty is to deliver God's message (5:92).
